Today that principle takes three forms. Cashback accrued since January is ready to claim. The first Mystery Boxes of Season 3 are open. And Season 1 loyalty rewards are available to the members who were here at the very start.
Cashback: claimable by over 17,000 cardholders
More than 17,000 Tria cardholders can now claim the cashback they accrued between 31 January and 31 May 2026. It is paid in USDT on Arbitrum, earned across everyday spending, trading, and everything else on Tria, into accounts they control.
There are no points to convert and no thresholds standing between you and your own rewards.
Claim it in the app by 23:59 UTC on 6 September 2026. Accounts deactivated for compliance reasons are not included in this distribution.
Mystery Boxes: open now
Cashback recognises what you spend. Points recognise everything else, from trading to referrals, and today they open.
Starter, Frequent, and Common are live for every member who crossed the milestone.

Unlocking a box does not spend your Points. They remain in your balance, still counting toward the next one. Nothing you have earned is consumed to claim what you have earned.

A note on timing. Monthly benefits such as enhanced cashback and a higher spend cap apply to the current month where a box is opened before the 15th, and that includes spending already made: qualifying transactions from earlier in the month are recalculated at your new rate. Open after the 15th and those benefits begin the following month.
Uncommon, Rare, Legendary, and Infinity are still ahead.

Cashback
Do I need to do anything to receive it?
Yes. Cashback needs claiming inside the app before the window closes. It will not arrive on its own.
Why does the period start on 31 January?
The previous distribution covered everything up to 30 January, so this one picks up exactly where that left off.
Which transactions count toward cashback?
Card purchases at merchants. Cash withdrawals, transfers, wallet top-ups, gambling, and resellable digital credit are excluded, as categorised by the card networks.

What if I do not open my box in time?
The box closes at 23:59 UTC on 6 September 2026 and is no longer available after that. Your Points remain in your balance either way.
Can I unlock more than one box?
Yes, one per rarity per season. Keep earning Points through spending, trading, and referrals to reach the higher tiers. Referrals carry significant weight in Season 3.
Does enhanced cashback apply to everything I spend?
It applies to spending within your cashback spend cap. Spending above the cap continues to earn the floor rate.
How does a Badge upgrade work?
A Badge upgrade is not a monthly benefit. It applies in real time as soon as you open the box and is valid for 30 days.

Cashback
- This distribution covers all cashback accrued between 31 January 2026 and 31 May 2026, end of day UTC.
- Cashback is paid in USDT on Arbitrum.
- Claims open at 00:00 UTC on 31 August 2026 and close at 23:59 UTC on 6 September 2026.
- Cashback eligibility is assessed each cycle based on card spend and trading activity.
- Cashback rates and caps are set by card tier and are subject to the card terms.
- Excluded merchant categories do not count toward cashback or eligibility.
- Accounts deactivated for compliance reasons are not eligible for this distribution and forfeit associated benefits.
- Tria may amend cashback programme terms. Changes apply going forward.
Mystery Boxes
- Mystery Boxes are unlocked by reaching eligible Tria Points milestones.
- The first three boxes are Starter (5,000 Points), Frequent (15,000 Points), and Common (30,000 Points).
- Unlocking a Mystery Box does not spend or reduce your Tria Points.
- Members can unlock one box per rarity per season.
- Mystery Boxes do not open automatically. You need to tap Open inside Tria.
- Boxes in this opening must be opened by 23:59 UTC on 6 September 2026. Unopened boxes are no longer available after that time.
- Rewards may vary between Mystery Boxes and between eligible members.
- Monthly benefits, including additional cashback rate and increased spend cap, apply to the current calendar month where the box is opened before the 15th of that month. Qualifying transactions already made in that month are recalculated at the new rate.
- Retroactive recalculation and additional cashback apply only to transactions within the applicable cashback spend cap. Spend above the cap continues to earn the floor rate.
- Where a box is opened on or after the 15th of a month, monthly benefits apply from the following calendar month.
- Badge upgrades are not monthly benefits. They apply in real time on opening and are valid for 30 days.
